Shipping Policy

Delivery


We partner with trusted couriers (including AusPost for Australian deliveries and UPS for US/EU shipments) to ensure reliable service.

  • Delivery Regions: We ship to Australia (all states/territories), the contiguous United States, and select European countries (check checkout for eligibility). Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes, military addresses, or remote territories not listed at checkout.

  • Split Shipments: For orders with multiple items, your order may be split into separate shipments for faster delivery. Please check the packing slip included with each package to confirm all items have arrived.

  • Address Responsibility: By placing an order, you authorize us and our couriers to deliver packages to the provided address, whether attended or unattended. We are not liable for delays, non-delivery, or theft due to incorrect addresses, incomplete details, or third-party removal after delivery.

Delivery Times


Australia: 1–3 business days from dispatch (metro areas); 2–5 business days (regional areas).
United States (contiguous): 1–5 business days from dispatch.
Europe: 3–7 business days from dispatch (varies by country).
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by peak periods (e.g., holidays) or weather events.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly dispatched item, please contact our team at support@freestanding-instashade.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item, packaging, and your order number, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


Out of Stock Items
We strive to maintain accurate stock levels, but in rare cases, an item may be out of stock after your order is placed. We’ll notify you via email within 2 business days, offering options to:

  • Wait for restock (with a 10% discount on your next order as a courtesy).

  • Switch to an alternative size/model.

  • Cancel the item for a full refund.

Change of Mind Returns


After Dispatch
If you change your mind within 30 days of delivery, you may return unused items under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (we recommend tracked shipping for proof of delivery).

  • A restocking fee of AUD 30 / USD 25 will apply to cover processing costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Items remain your responsibility until received by our warehouse.

Before Dispatch


If you cancel your order before it ships, we’ll issue a full refund of the product price and shipping fees, minus a AUD 20 / USD 15 processing fee to cover administrative costs.


Warranty Exchanges


For issues covered under our warranty (e.g., manufacturing defects), please visit our Warranty Page to submit a claim. Warranty exchanges are processed separately from change-of-mind returns.
